The Zydus corporate office design takes inspiration from Gujarat's rich cultural heritage and craftsmanship, crafting a space that seamlessly embodies both local identity and global significance.

Zydus Headquarters blends functionality, sustainability, and local cultural heritage in its design. The structure draws inspiration from Gujarat’s fortified architectural history, using rampart-like walls reminiscent of the Bhadra and Pavagadh forts to shield office spaces from the busy highway. These impressive 47-meter-high steel walls, with intricate perforations inspired by Kutch’s Bhunga craft, not only protect from the harsh western sun but also form the central social hub for 2000 employees.

The design creates a balance between traditional craftsmanship and modernity, exemplifying transparency and equity in the workspace. The interior is bathed in natural daylight, and the undulating landscape outside, dotted with step-wells, reinforces the region’s cultural identity. This headquarters seamlessly merges iconic architecture with contextual relevance, making it both globally and locally significant.
